We move all the furniture to the centre of the room.
Remove hardware and drapes as required.
Remove all pictures and nicknacks to safe areas and put them back up when and if the customer wants them.
Sheet in rooms with poly and mask in areas as required.
Do appropriate painting tasks. Vacuum and put everything back in place as customer wishes.
Take used materials to appropriate recycling depot.
6. Retexturing - retexturing ceilings damaged by water or smoke.

7. Finishing Carpenter - On Staff
